By booking a service at MJ Studios Co., you agree to the following terms:

🕒 Appointments & Cancellations
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals over 10 minutes may be canceled and marked as a no-show.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Anything less will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from online booking.

💳 Payments
• A card on file is required to secure all appointments.
• MJ Studios Co. accepts cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service is rendered.

👩🔬 Service Policy
• Please book only for services that are appropriate for your skin type and goals. If you’re unsure, schedule a consultation or contact us beforehand.
• For lash extension fills, at least 40% of extensions must remain. Otherwise, please book a full set.
• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

🧴 Pre & Post Care
• Pre- and post-care instructions will be provided based on the service you book. Failure to follow care guidelines may affect your results.
• MJ Studios Co. is not liable for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or home care neglect.

💖 Client Conduct
• Please arrive clean and makeup-free for facials and lash services.
• Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or aggression toward staff will result in immediate refusal of service and permanent banning.
• Children and guests are not permitted in the treatment area for safety and comfort.

🧼 Sanitation & Health
• MJ Studios Co. follows strict sanitation and disinfection protocols in compliance with NJ state board regulations.
• Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or an active skin infection in the treatment area.

📸 Photos & Marketing
• MJ Studios Co. may request to take before and after photos for marketing purposes. Consent will always be requested beforehand.
• All images used for promotional purposes will maintain client privacy and confidentiality unless you consent otherwise.
